At LA East Fitness, we are proud to be the old school gym dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our members, operating 24/7, 365 days a year. Our membership base is primarily built on personal referrals, with 90% of our members joining through recommendations from friends and family. We do not conduct facility tours; however, we offer a full refund within the first week if you are not completely satisfied with your membership.
As a member, you gain access to our exclusive fitness facility, equipped with a diverse range of traditional gym equipment as well as functional fitness options—making us the only gym of this kind in the area.
Owned by David and Cyndie Chinn for over 26 years, our team boasts more than 40 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. We pride ourselves on building personal relationships with our members, often recognizing them by name. While we foster a warm community atmosphere, we believe in the importance of effort, including the occasional grunting during heavy lifts in pursuit of personal bests.

Gym Rules
Nobody wants a bunch of rules handed to them when they join a gym, however after many years in the gym business we have discovered many people have no concept of what is expected of them in a Fitness Center. Fitness Centers are not shopping areas or a restaurant. When becoming a member of LA East Fitness you become a member of a gym with many other members who treat this gym as their own. We do not allow ANYONE in our doors unless they are a paying member. Please read the following and should you have any questions, please see David.
